We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and useful. However, food manufacturing, formulation, production requirements, food-safety regulations, labeling requirements, facility capabilities, costs, timelines, and other industry conditions can change.
Content provided on the Website is therefore for general informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Professional or Regulatory Advice
Information provided through the Website does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, tax, medical, nutritional, engineering, or other professional advice.
Food and beverage products may be subject to federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and determining which legal, regulatory, labeling, food-safety, manufacturing, import/export, and other requirements apply to your product and business.
4. Client Services
Submitting an inquiry, contacting Foodyda, participating in an introductory conversation, or receiving general information from Foodyda does not create a client, advisory, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Any paid or formal engagement with FOODYDA LLC will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, purchase order, or other applicable agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separate written agreement between you and FOODYDA LLC, the separate written agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
5. Production and Manufacturing Partners
Foodyda may help clients identify, evaluate, communicate with, or coordinate with manufacturers, co-packers, laboratories, ingredient suppliers, packaging suppliers, consultants, logistics providers, certification bodies, and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, these parties are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of FOODYDA LLC.
FOODYDA LLC does not guarantee the availability, performance, pricing, capacity, certifications, quality, delivery times, regulatory compliance, or other activities of independent third parties.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving third-party relationships appropriate to their business and products.
6. Food Safety and Quality
Food safety and product quality are critical parts of commercial food production.
Foodyda may provide guidance, coordination, assessment, or support relating to food safety, quality systems, manufacturing practices, certifications, production risks, and related matters.
However, ultimate responsibility for compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, manufacturing standards, product specifications, labeling requirements, recalls, and food-safety obligations remains with the parties legally responsible for manufacturing, distributing, marketing, or selling the applicable product unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
7. Product Concepts and Information You Provide
You may provide us with information about your company, product concept, recipe, formulation, production requirements, packaging, expected volumes, or other project information.
You represent that you have the right to provide such information to FOODYDA LLC and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person or organization.
Please do not submit highly confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, or commercially sensitive information through general Website contact forms unless appropriate confidentiality protections are already in place.
Confidentiality obligations relating to formal projects may be governed by separate confidentiality agreements or client agreements.

- product-market fit;
- retail placement;
- profitability; or
